Shipping Policy

We ship all across the USA to all states 

We ship in discreet and secure packaging to ensure that all orders arrive safely to our customers doors.

All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after the order is placed regardless of the postage purchased.

During sales and new product releases the volume of orders can cause the processing time to take up to an additional 5 business days.

Products will be shipped in compliance with all hemp laws and will include a Certificate of Analysis showing that everything contained in the shipment contains less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC Compliant  

 

STANDARD SHIPPING

As soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive a USPS tracking number.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY

For our US customers, we offer “Guaranteed Delivery” for an additional fee.

You can file a claim by sending an email  with your order number if you notice your tracking is delivered but you have not received it.

*If Cookies Hemp determines deliverability failed due to a non-customer issue, Cookies Hemp will send a second package.
